Supreme Court - New York County: Client was retried after the Appellate Division reversed Clients conviction after Jury trial. Client was acquitted of Attempted Murder in the Second Degree and convicted of assault 2 nd Degree. Prior counsel successfullypreserved the record arguing that the court did not properly instruct the jury. Client is accused of stabbing his roommate during an unprovoked attack. Supreme Court - Orange County: Client seized due to warrant of arrest. Client is alleged to have purchased items at a local store with a forged check. Client charged with Forgery attempted to purchase charged. Client sentenced to probation. Client ultimately completed probation and earned a bachelor’s degree from Columbia University.

Supreme Court - New York County. Client alleged to have swindled an acquaintance of Hundred Thousand Dollars day trading. Client convinced acquaintance that he was a certified stock trader. Client lost Forty Thousand Dollars ($40,000). Client charged with Grand Larceny 2nd Degree. Negotiated a sentence of Probation.

Supreme Court - New York County. Client alleged to be a participant in a check forgery scheme. Client accused of submitting a forged check for Forty Thousand Dollars ($40,000). Supreme Court - Bronx County: after a foot chase client, stopped by the NYPD. NYPD alleged that client was in possession of a 357 Magnum at the scene of a murder Links. Charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd and 4th Degree. Client sentenced to Youthful Offender treatment and probation. Client ultimately completed probation and earned a bachelor’s degree from SUNY Albany.

Criminal Court - Queens County: Client wrongly charged with Rape. Government fails to indict. Case and charges dismissed.

Supreme Court - New York County: Client accused of killing a man in a Washington Heights apartment. Client arrested and charged with Murder 2nd Degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Initially, the Government made no offers and would only recommended that the Client should be sentenced to 15 years to Life on a plea to the top count. Client facing 25 to Life, if he lost at trial. Negotiated a sentence of 15 years on plea to Manslaughter 1st Degree.

Supreme Court - New York County: Client accused of forging the check of a nursing home patient. Client charged with Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument 2nd Degree and Petit Larceny. Case dismissed after filing of a Motion to Dismiss.

Criminal Court - New York County: Taxi cab drivers get into a fight on street in front of Madison Square Garden. Client is arrested and charged with Assault 2nd and 3rd Degree. Government failed to indict. Case dismissed.

Supreme Court - New York County: Client accused of crimes he committed as a teenager. Client extradited from Pennsylvania and accused of sexually assaulted his younger brother. Client arrested and charged with Criminal Sexual Act in the 1st Degree. Client faced up to 25 years if lost at trial. Client granted Youthful Offender Treatment and sentenced to 1 to 3 years on plea to Attempted Criminal Sexual Act in the 1st Degree. Client has no record from this offense and does not have to register as a sex offender.

Supreme Court - New York County: Client a teenager, accused of robbing a teenager in St. Nicholas Park. Client charged with Robbery in the 1st Degree and Robbery 2nd Degree. Client allowed to enroll in residential program. Upon completion of the program, the case was dismissed.

At trial, undercover officer admitted that client was arrested over two weeks after the alleged sale. Jury Verdict on All Charges: Not Guilty

Supreme Court - New York County: Client is accused of injuring a NYPD officer while the officer was arresting her boyfriend. Officer testified in the Grand Jury that Client caused injury that required medical treatment. Client allowed to plea to Disorderly Conduct. A violation and not a crime. Successfully avoided the creation of criminal record.

Supreme Court - New York County: Client on video surveillance taking a turkey sandwich from the cooler at a local Seven Eleven. Client also seen fighting with store employees outside the store. NYPD alleges that client was in possession of a box cutter at arrest scene. Client charged with Robbery 1st Degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 3rd Degree. Client also seen lunging toward store employees with a weapon before fleeing the store. NYPD alleges that client was in possession of a box cutter at arrest scene. When the NYPD approach the passenger, they discover that he is covered in cocaine and had a bag filled with cocaine on his lap.
